• No threat to your sales as we are not realtors and will not use agents for leasing any of the properties in our portfolio
• Hand off clients to us after you have secured a tenant or we can offer end to end Property Management services
• If client requests premium marketing including MLS listings those will be sent back to you
• Pricing –1 month for leasing and 10% monthly based on gross income
• 50% discount for first property and first year
• Only professional contractors will be used for maintenance and repairs to provide peace of mind to the investor and ensure value of the property is increased or maintained
• Incentives paid for referrals based on services DOTCO will provide
